In this tier, we’ll create a suite of unscripted videos that walk donors through what Bigger Tent is building, why it’s urgently needed, and how their support directly drives impact.

This is a single-day shoot, on location with the Bigger Tent team, your choice of city.

We don’t do bloated crews or endless second takes, which means faster setup, more trust in the room, and stronger footage.

Throughout the day, I’ll conduct a series of strategic interviews with your team; founders, advisors, or anyone best equipped to speak to the mission. This won’t be scripted. These are real conversations designed to capture clarity, passion, and purpose.

1 Hero Video (3–6 minutes)A fully produced centerpiece video that introduces the Bigger Tent story. It covers the why, the how, and the what’s next, filmed unscripted, edited for clarity, and designed to emotionally engage donors.

3 Breakout Videos (2–3 minutes each)These shorter clips expand on specific areas of the strategy. Think:

• Where Bigger Tent is investing

• How the supermajority strategy works

• What donors are really funding

These breakouts are also perfect for layering into the donor site experience if Tier 2 is added.

All content will be delivered fully edited and formatted for web, email, and presentation use.

Post-Production Timeline

Videos will be delivered within 10–14 days of the shoot.

You’ll receive private preview links for review, and two rounds of revisions are included, though most are approved on the first pass.

Why This Tier Matters

This isn’t a marketing video. It’s a trust-building tool. It gives Bigger Tent a clear, emotionally grounded message, one that helps major donors understand not just the strategy, but the stakes.

Once this video exists, you won’t need to re-explain the mission. You’ll just send the link.

This cost includes everything except travel expenses. Production, post-production, music and graphics, all done by me so no waiting on middle men.
